Music Video Review By: Jake Faircloth

$aibot isn't often mentioned in the Minnesota music scene despite finding a good amount of independent success. With his most recent video release for "Save Me," $aibot has created a powerful and profound statement about the human experience, specifically the struggles we face with anxiety, depression, and other challenges that come along with life. The video, shot and edited by SAIWEAR PRODUCTIONS, perfectly captures the raw and emotional essence of the song.

Filmed in a beautiful location (presumably) somewhere in Northern Minnesota, the video features $aibot moving through the wetlands, mirroring the power of the lyrics, which speak to the search for inner peace and hope.

$aibot's rhymes evocatively touch on the importance of holding on through tough times, reflecting the lady in his life being sad if he did decide to succumb to the pressures and end it all in tragedy, and feeling like he should probably go to church and talk to God.

Beautifully shot and artfully edited, the visuals paired with $aibot's music transport you to a healing, reflective, and calming space, as if you are wandering the marshy grounds along side of him.

The video is a testament to the immense power of music to connect and heal us, and a visual masterpiece that complements the song perfectly.

This song is also available for streaming across all Digital Streaming Platforms

Key-lo's 'Don't Be a Menace' music video, shot by the talented film director kio.visions captures the essence of the rapper's infectious flow and gravelly voice. The song's catchy hook loosely references the hood classic film “Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood” and while the video doesn't necessarily have a specific theme, it still manages to keep viewers engaged with its visually appealing imagery

Not only does Key-lo's infectious flow draw listeners in, but his message in "Don't Be a Menace" is one that resonates with many young people today. With its catchy beat and boisterous lyrics, the song has the potential to become an anthem for those looking to embrace their individuality and reject conformity.

Key-lo's charisma on screen shines through in the video, as he effortlessly delivers his lines with confidence and energy. In my opinion "Don't Be a Menace" is a solid track that showcases Key-lo's talent and potential for success. I would say he's an up-and-coming artist worth paying attention to.

Bokachi Dufrane's "The MN $ongMan 2" is a genre-defying collection of eight tracks that showcase the Minneapolis-based artist's undeniable talent and unique voice. With his unconventional vocal range and confident swagger, Bokachi confidently blends elements of hip hop, R&B, and Afrobeat into an album that is both fresh and familiar at the same time.

One standout track on the album is "Get Paid," featuring fellow Minnesota artist Keke G. The song's upbeat tempo and catchy chorus make it an instant earworm, while Bokachi's smooth melodic flow and Keke G's verse is nothing short of electric. Her commanding flow and distinct cadence draw the listener in and keep them engaged from start to finish. Watch the chemistry between the two in the Nightfall directed video link below

Another standout track on the album is "MN Gs" which Bokachi also performed on Live On Lake Street's booth series "Live From The Booth." This track showcases Bokachi's ability to seamlessly blend different genres while supplying lyrics that pay homage to his home state of Minnesota. The song is a tribute to the artists, creatives and even loved ones who make up the vibrant Minnesota music scene, and it's clear that Bokachi is proud to be a part of it.

Bokachi’s "The MN $ongMan 2" is a refreshing addition to the world of hip hop and R&B, and it's clear that he has something worth watching. With his unique voice and fearless attitude, he could absolutely make waves in the music industry for years to come.

"The MN $ongMan 2" can be streamed on all digital streaming platforms as well as purchased on Bandcamp
